It's OK to have a down week

I’m feeling pretty stagnant this week. 

It can feel pretty frustrating to see the people around you crush it while you just feel kinda stuck.

I haven’t been sleeping well. My work hasn’t been particularly inspired. I don’t have any motivation right now as I type this.

I’m here to let you know that it’s OK. No one is constantly operating at 100% even if social media makes it look that way.

Down periods come, and something as simple as the end of the week can help you reset. 

So, if you’re feeling like me, let’s ride it out and come back refreshed and ready to go next week.

Plus, it'll be Opening Day next week, so there’s plenty to look forward to!
